Fun Team
We love to spend time with each other so much that we have a special team in charge of planning and facilitating activities for us to do together. The Fun Team organizes game nights, potlucks, picnics, bowling nights…you name it! The Fun Team captains are Ivan and Julie Mathews.

Worship
Worship is an important value for us. The worship team meets weekly to learn more about worship and to go through music together to prepare to serve the rest of us during worship services on Sunday and at home groups. Sushil Dhilpe heads up the Worship Team.

Children’s Ministry
We consider children to be a precious part of our church family. The goals of our children’s ministry are to teach our children about the Lord, to build mentoring relationships with each child, and to help the children build relationships with each other. We currently have two classes: the younger group (pre-K through K) and the older group (grades 1-5). Moms and/or dads with babies are welcome to stay with their babies in the pre-K/K class. To ensure our children’s safety, all teachers and helpers in the children’s classes have undergone a background check. Jane Dhilpe coordinates the children’s ministry.

Women’s Ministry
Our women’s ministry has both formal and informal components.

There are currently no formal activities planned. Stay tuned as things change quicly!

On the informal side, we love to go out for coffee, catch a movie here and there, and visit each other’s homes. And we love to celebrate all the big events with each other with baby showers, wedding showers and the like.

Prayer Ministry
Prayer is an important part of our lives. We have a prayer time before and after every Sunday service and during our kinship groups. We also have some special prayer groups:

• Intercessory Prayer: The intercessory prayer group prays regularly for the pastors and for the collective needs of our church body.
  
• Cluster Prayer: Cluster prayer groups are small, intimate groups consisting of 2-4 people who meet regularly to share with and pray for each other. We have both men’s and women’s groups.

Small Groups
Small groups offer an intimate setting to study, worship, and fellowship. These are the groups currently meeting:

• Bible Study Group: We meet on Tuesdays, 7pm, at Mark & Cheryl's house for Bible study, fellowship, and prayer. Starting October 10, 2006 we will be studying Galatians.

• Worship Team: The Worship Team meets weekly to practice and to fellowship. They also meet monthly for a worship clinic in which they do an in-depth Bible study about worship.
